Debora Gusmão

I am a person open to development: I am dedicated, I like to learn and I believe that education is the path to transformation. While still at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, I identified with the financial market and see myself as an investor in the future. That's the plan! I have been part of Astella's fund operations team since 2022, where I started my career in Venture Capital. The daily dynamism and contact with people who create and offer revolutionary solutions for society are motivating. Outside of work, I love meeting my friends, making new friends, and exploring different travel destinations. I also like playing sports and feeling like an active person.
