I'm a psychologist who understands business! I like to think that my role is to be a partner in the development of people and companies. Considering human and relational issues has always been a fundamental part of this equation. My ambition is to better understand how people function in the workplace and be able to develop ways to generate prosperity for everyone. I love the collective, the complex, and the deep. At Astella, I like to lead valuable projects with portfolio companies. I have the feeling that by contributing to their development, I am contributing to the development of the country. My life is my family and vice versa. I have 3 children - I live for them.
